Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are unable to attend the performance due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, contact us at least two hours before showtime and we will refund or exchange your ticket. We MUST hear from you no later than two hours before the performance or your sale will be considered final. Contact us at cninneman@harborcityschool.org (best) or by phone at 218-722-7574. If Harbor City needs to cancel a performance for any reason all tickets will be refunded.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Harbor City International School).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
